If I may say, the second one is the correct sentence
The one you suggested is also correct
So, why it's to meeting you instead of to meet you

The issue lies solely on (to); whether it's a preposition or part of the infinitive. Here, it's a preposition and not part of the infinitive verb. You may distinguish them by looking on the verb itself. There are verbs determines if it's a gerund or an infinitive should follow them
